"Pretty Chemicals (Brain Vacation Mix)," Alphanaut
U/A's second remix for Alphanaut is available now as part of the Future Chemicals Remix Compilation, featuring a number of other excellent artists. Take a "brain vacation..."
"Hazard," MIDNIGHT 5H1F7
U/A is pleased to bring you our first record of the new year -- and our first collaboration with producer/beat-smith 5H1F7Y. "Hazard" is a collection of songs written and recorded over the course of a weekend. Other than being a departure in style, this album is also new lyrical territory for vocalist, KMP.

"Quenched Consciousness," Vox Mod
This music video for Vox Mod's "Quenched Consciousness" from the album SYN-ÆSTHETIC was filmed by Vox Mod himself. Unsound America gave Vox a camera to take with him on his mini West Coast tour. After losing and recovering the camera, U/A has created this video.
"Particle," Vox Mod (featuring Anna Marie + KMP)
Vox Mod's new album SYN-ÆSTHETIC is on sale now, and Unsound America is pleased to have been a part of the magic. In addition to the videos we have created, U/A's Kyle Michael Porter contributed backing vocals to the song "Particle," with lyrics written by lead vocalist Anna Marie. It's an examination of the universe through the lens of the spiritual.

Congratulations Vox Mod on a wonderful record!
Vox Mod: SYN-ÆSTHETIC Album Stream
Unsound America was asked by artist Vox Mod to create an "album stream" video for the new album, SYN-ÆSTHETIC. This is the result. Featuring clips from science fiction and animated films as well as VJ clips created by Beeple, this is our visual tribute to sound and vision.
Some of you might be curious, so here's a list of films I used in editing Vox Mod's album stream (in addition to the beeple clips): Ghost in the Shell (1995), Dune (1984), Akira (1988), Animatrix (2003), Heavy Metal (1981), Metropolis (2001), The Cell (2000), The City of Lost Children (1995), The Holy Mountain (1973), The Big Bounce (1960), Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (1984), Æon Flux (1991-1995), The Tamarind Seed (1974). Special thanks to Sony and others for not taking it down.
